Pho \u2013 Open 16th<\/sup>\u00a0August<\/strong><\/p>\n

Excitement is palpable for The\u00a0Cornhill<\/span>\u00a0Quarter\u2019s first ever Vietnamese street food restaurant which recently opened its doors. Pho, which is run by founders Stephen and Jules Wall, will bring its fresh and healthy Vietnamese dishes to The\u00a0Cornhill<\/span>\u00a0Quarter whilst also creating 20 new jobs in the region. Pho will also serve food including wok-fried noodles, decadent curries, spicy salads, fresh juices, and a selection of Vietnamese beers, cocktails, and hand-picked wines. The menu at Pho is even accredited by Coeliac UK (about 98% is gluten-free) and over a third is suitable for vegans. Superdry and Robert Goddard \u2013 Opening 16th<\/sup>\u00a0October<\/strong><\/p>\n

Iconic men’s clothes brand Superdry have confirmed they are opening new stores in The\u00a0Cornhill<\/span>\u00a0Quarter this autumn. Fashion retailer Robert Goddard will also be moving in upstairs but without a date announced as of yet. The Superdry franchise will occupy the ground floor of a former bookshop and Robert Goddard\u2019s designer clothing store will be\u00a0located<\/a>\u00a0on the first floor.<\/p>\n

JoJo Maman B\u00e9b\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0 \u2013 Opening 25th<\/sup>\u00a0September<\/strong><\/p>\n

The\u00a0Cornhill<\/span>\u00a0Quarter will also be welcoming maternity, baby & children\u2019s specialist, JoJo Maman B\u00e9b\u00e9 this September. Launching on\u00a0Saturday, September 25th<\/sup><\/em>, the shop will be located next to Trent Galleries on Sincil St. To celebrate the opening, there will be a weekend of promotion within store with further details to be announced soon. This is another exciting addition to the growing line-up in the\u00a0Cornhill<\/span>\u00a0Quarter and will spark further positivity around the return of the high street. What To Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Experience Lincoln\u2019s Incredible Circus Acts<\/strong><\/p>\n

The\u00a0Cornhill<\/span>\u00a0Quarter is delighted to welcome back the Lincoln Performing Arts Centre who will be returning this October with a brand-new programme of outdoor theatre and circus events as part of PopOut Festival 2021. These creative events have previously drawn hundreds of people to the city centre to experience a scale of performance usually reserved for larger festivals such as Derby Feste and Hull: City of Culture. Kicking off on October 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0and 3rd<\/sup>\u00a0with Flycyle & Sumbercycle by Pif-Paf Theatre. This cycle-based theatre show invites the audience to climb aboard one of Captain\u2019s vehicles and be whisked off for an adventure around the centre.<\/p>\n

The following weekend (October 9th<\/sup>) will see an exhilarating performance \u2018iRobot\u2019 undertaken by James Wilton Dance. This trampoline-based breakdance is a martial art and acrobatic mash-up that will leave spectators wowed. Also on the same day, Transported Arts will be presenting a showcase of local aerial artists across three performances, alongside free taster sessions for the public led by a UK Aerial Performance award-winning instructor. Take in the Views atop Steep\u00a0Hill<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Head up Steep HiIl, the fourth steepest street in the whole of England. Built by the Romans, originally with steps,\u00a0Steep\u00a0Hill<\/span>\u00a0connects the historic Cathedral Quarter with the more modern city centre of Lincoln. The recently opened Everyman Cinema in The\u00a0Cornhill<\/span>\u00a0Quarter has become one of the trendiest places around for an evening drink and it is easy to see why. Equipped with a modern restaurant and bar space, the stunning and chic interior makes for the most instagrammable date nights and catch ups. With an exciting blend of modern and historical design, the newly refurbished buildings have been created in the former aesthetic of the town centre. Visitors can saunter around the Grade II listed\u00a0Corn<\/span>\u00a0Exchange building, with underwent a \u00a312million revamp as phase one of the regeneration efforts. Steeped in history, the\u00a0Corn<\/span>\u00a0Exchange dates back to 1879 and has a long tradition as a trading location, from its original market hall roots to its now commercial and retail spaces.<\/p>\n
