Renowned locally for creating seasonal and themed afternoon tea\u2019s, Steven Bennett and his team of chef\u2019s have devised a new menu written by Healing Manor\u2019s Junior Sous Chef Daniel Parkes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The afternoon tea comprises of seasonal and locally sourced produce and served as savoury and sweet bitesize treats. Sandwiches include; Scaman\u2019s free range eggs and watercress sandwich and another British classic, coronation chicken. Junior Sous Chef Dan has created his own special recipe for a delicious Pimm\u2019s infused jam packed with strawberry\u2019s, orange, cucumber and a delicate hint of mint.
